Family Portrait Time and More Pics of My Cute Nieces and Nephew

It's that time of year again! Family Portrait Time! We are trying something new this year, I'm so excited!

FAMILY PORTRAIT SESSION

1 hour session
40-50 Edited Images
Mid-Res CD of Images
Up to 6 people (each additional person $15)

$200

Included is a 1 hour session in the Orange County area. Outside of Orange County is a $25 travel fee. Following the session 40-50 artistically edited images will be placed on the proofing site for 2 weeks for ordering. After your orders have been placed, your mid-res CD of all of the images will be sent. A mid-res CD means that all of the images will be in a 4x6 format, so you can make any prints up to a 4x6 size. Perfect for any Christmas cards that you will be making!

Hi-Res CDs will also be available for purchase for $400. You can see all of the print prices on the Mollie Jane Website in the Portrait Prices section.

Call today to set up a session, we are booking for the last week in October right now.

A couple of weeks ago I posted a sneak peek of a shoot I did with my nieces and my nephew while I was in Utah. Below are some more images from that shoot. Aren't they SO adorable?!

Charlie is ONE!

One of my favorite things about going back to Utah is that I get to see my family (of course), but I also get to see my very bestest friends. Charlie is one of my best friends' son, I have able to shoot Michelle's wedding (WAY back when I had no idea what I was doing and in FILM craziness), her maternity pictures and Charlie's newborn pictures. So it worked out perfectly when I was going to be in Utah right around the time he was turning one.

One is such a fun age! Moms out there, this is not really the age that you get cute posed pictures with them smiling perfectly at the camera (if you go into it thinking like that you will be highly disappointed). It usually works something like this: put them in good light, chasing them around and around, they pick up something off the ground, mom takes it away, baby cries, mom hands it back and it becomes a prop for the shoot. At the time it feels a little bit hectic, but in the end we get this:

(Don't forget to watch the slideshow at the end. He's too cute to miss!)

Precious Twins.

I am a really bad friend. My good friend, Sara, had her twins a few months ago and while I was in Utah (in March) I was able to take some pictures of her family with their precious new additions. Yeah, it's almost May and I am just finished editing them. I am so sorry, Sara! I hope you can forgive me for taking so long. They are so adorable and I hope I get to do some more pictures sometime very soon. By the way, doesn't Sara look amazing!? Yes, she just gave birth to twins the month before. Hot mama! Here are some of my favorites.

Sweet Peyton!

Peyton just has to be the cutest thing ever! Her mom brought cute little props, it added so much to the session. I loved it. And Peyton was so good through the whole session, just smiling and laughing, seriously it was so much fun and we got such great shots. She is 6 months old this month. Crazy! Some of you may remember her from this session or this session. It is so fun to watch clients grow. I had such a hard time deciding which images to choose, so here are just a few of my favorites.

Three generations. So fun!
